2. General information
We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a rule, this website can be used without providing any personal data.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When the website is accessed, STRATO automatically processes information in server log files, in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed
- browser type and version, operating system
- referrer URL
This processing serves the technical provision of the website, its security and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. The hosting does not involve any transfer to third countries.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, business contact details, company, topic, message) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Form entries are processed by a script on our server, sent to us by email and logged in an access-protected file on the server so that no enquiry is lost. In this log we additionally store the time of the enquiry, the selected language version of the website and the IP address of the requesting device. We process the IP address in order to detect and prevent misuse and spam via the form.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in business communication and in protecting the form against misuse). Mandatory fields are marked as such. The data is deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Cookies, local storage and fonts
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or marketing services. If you use the language switch (DE/EN), your language choice is stored in your browser's local storage so that the page appears in that language on your next visit. This storage takes place only upon your explicit action and is strictly necessary for that purpose (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
All fonts are delivered from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party providers.
6. Recipients of data
Recipients of personal data may include our hosting provider and technical service providers, insofar as this is necessary for operating the website or handling your enquiry. Enquiries that are relevant under our sub-distribution agreement with NEXTCUBE.IO SAS (Ohmycad) are passed on to this contractual partner based in France, insofar as this is necessary to handle your enquiry or prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in cooperation within the partner network).
7. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Enquiries submitted via the contact form and the associated log entries are deleted no later than six months after the enquiry has been conclusively handled, unless a contractual relationship results from it.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. A message to pitt@cad-bridge.com is sufficient.
9. Right to object
Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. To object, a message to pitt@cad-bridge.com is sufficient.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein, ULD).
11. Business customers only
This website is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs, self-employed persons, freelancers and commercial customers. It is not intended as an offer to consumers.
